I find it is really annoying if any one subscribes d2h Videocon service.
I tried to add a channel to my package( I have d2h Videocon subscription)and tried to contact the customer care
The problem I faced is the Remote device supplied by d2h Videocon is of inferior quality it wears very soon as the buttons that are to be pressed to set a channel don’t work and though I changed once within few months again the remote is dysfunctional as it has same problem.
d2h Videocon is a channel that sells inferior quality product and prospective subscribers should be carful not to fall in trap with such companies who offer substandard service.
