I own the videocon d2h at my temporary home.i am using it for the past one year and was not recieving any complaints.But after shifting my home I found the quality of the service to be too poor because after send ing relocation request the engineer called me several times but didn’t turn up for a week or so.and I filled another request and engineer was not. Taking it seriously.it tokk me another we to set it up altast.Another demerit is that it it dosent work on rainy days so in our rainy conditions it was too difficult to adjust.
