I had the Vd2h standard set top box ( STB) from 2012 to 2015, I didn’t face a single problem in those 3 years. In 2015 I upgraded the standard STB with HD STB. I am still regretting that descision of upgradation. The HD STB is very slow and taking frequent updates. The Radio frequency remote control is very fragile. It frequently disconnet from the STB and irritates you while watching.The service qulaity is also deteriorating day by day. The technicians are cheating customers and taking advantage of large customer base. The HD box will give you quite frequent encounters with these cheater technicians.
