Sat Isabgol it is natural Ayurveda herb, most popular remedy for constipation. It comes in as tetra pack of white and green color from Dabur company. My Grandfather used this. We keep this at our home. Very useful and without any side effects this medicine is. You can take just 1 spoon and mix it in Milk or Water and if you like you can add sugar for better taste. It works well.
