Dabur sat Isabgol is not a good product for constipation because it does not work for long term efectively.I used it twice or thrice but every time the result is same.As I started it for the first time it work fine .I used it in the night with hot water again next time I used it with hot milk as it is written on the packet that best when taken with milkso I tried it .
For one week it has good result but after one week you have to increase the dose from 1 tea spoon to 2 then 2 to 3.After increasing the dose the effect is not so encouraging .so I decided to stop it and now using TRIFALA RAS
