I am unfortunate owner of diakin 1.5 ton inverter AC. I choose this expensive AC because I was hoping that it would save my electricity bill. Bought on 15th April 2016, and I asked them for corrosion resistance coating. They said that AC already has that coating.
In March 2017 AC stoped working. So I called their service centre because AC was still in the warranty so they came to my house and told me that there are some holea in the cooling coil due to corrosion. I asked them that there was corrosion resistance coating present on the coil which they have promised. He said that it was not sufficient.
Then he fill that holes with soldering. In may 2017 same problem happened this time AC was out off warenty so they added charger for that initially I was refusing to pay because they have repaired it recently. But finally I have to pay.
It worked fine for two months but after that it again stoped working and geuss what same problem. I called them again and told them about the ac they came to my house and said that coil has to be replaced Since it was rainy season so I didn’t replaced it.
But company has very bad product.
So I recommend you to not to use it.
