Daikin 5 star brand with great products but poor transparency and after sales support.Daikin insists on using Daikin recommended copper tube but never provides it as part of A/C standard kit!
The copper tubings not part of A/C kit...will cost you additional Rs.2000 along with 1500 as installation cost....these details not shared before purchase...even if 1 metre of copper tubing is required the Viveks installation person will insist for minimum 3 metre @ Rs.650/metre! saying that it is as specified by Daikin whereas there is no mention of this in the installation instruction manual....even chennai daikin service incharge(Mr. Satyanarayana) will insist on minimum 3 metre without any proof for the same in Daikin literature...forced to conclude that there may be collusion and taking customer for a ride!
Suprised to see such callousness on the part of a renowned Japanese MNC!
