My AC was repaired, I register a compliant on 18/05/18 through Daikin Toll Free. The compliant No COC1805201814041905. They replied, within 24 hrs technician will attend, but technician came after 3 days from N K Engineering, Coimbatore.(I think it’s Daikin’s service franchisee). They said, outdoor unit board was compliant, if possible we can sevice after two days we will give you the status. No Response. I contact Mr. Nandha Kumar owner of N K engg many times. After 10 days he said board should be replaced it will cost arount Rs. 5500/- . I said Ok. and after one week, he said many reasons like spare is out of stock & etc. I filled second compliant also and No is COC3105201814216071. I Spock to Regional service head also. Today Date is 03/06/18 Nothing Happen, No improvement. Very Poor Response. This was my Experiance
