I got this expensive inverter AC 15 months back.... My humble suggestion, don’t buy!
After a lot of phone calls, SMSs and emails; I wrote my final email in frustrations:

Thanking for my feed back! You sarcastic idiots....refer to my trailing email, I had said I wanted to throw it away, but you reverted back with your quick resolution email. I had mentioned your product sucks and I must say your customer service too is sick and now you want me to buy your AMC? I wish, I could burn the AC but it’s better to junk it after using for a year. It is hard earned money going to drain; my friend what goes around comes around.
I have already ordered a new LG AC, which is cheaper, better and without the idiotic customer service like yours.
Pls don’t write back saying you appreciated the f...back!
