WORST PRODUCT

Last five months facing more problems your company product& your customer service agency. First time your people came on 01st February 2018 that time it some gas leakage problem then he is filling gas& he is said there is no another problem to One year. OK I agree that time he is wasting my time also four days. We don’t use AC February month, March month we started the AC after 20 days again problem. Second time your people came on 21st March 2018 that time he said there is another problem in internal then he take him product to her office for four days. After he came& fix the product& said there is no problem in future. That time he is wasting my time Eight days. Third time your people came 21st march after two days 23rd march that time he said some gas leakage then he is refilling as usual repeat word saying there is no another problem in future At Present yesterday before same problem AC not working then yesterday complaint to your service center till date there is no response to your side. Your product making time any defects then sell to CHOR BAZAR with out Invoice why put in to your dealers show room& stole my money per year 10, 000.00 Rupees Please respond to this mail& taken decision urgently. I want response to higher authority person Note: we want replacement / amount refund& not required any repairs other wise we go to consumer court with media
