Your product is ok then, np. But if it is not then they wont replace it.
Service engineer will keep on telling the product is good and they wont listen to your problem.
In frustration if you put any mail. A manager will come to your home and try to threaten you, but they will not replace AC.
The reason why they are not replacing the AC is, if they replace the AC, then every one will come to know that will be a bad name for them. (managers comment)
Even though if they sell a product (which does not satisfy the customer), it will also a bring them bad name. Why they are not aware of it.
It will be very cool if you use it in winter season otherwise there is no cooling.
I am having this AC only, I can give the customers 10 reason, that why not to buy this AC. Be careful guys.
