Very very worrst customer service!!!!!!

They told that for the first year they will provide 2 times free service but they didnt keep their words.We made call 3 times but they didnt attend the call.The Daikin shop was closed for more than 6 months due to corona but even after the reopen they didnt inform to customers.But when we made call after 1 year they are telling the warranty has expired without providing even one time free service.They dont care about customer’s satisfaction.very very worst.In comparison other brands are very good except daikin
