I had purchased 1.5T INVFTKC Split Air conditioner in the month of March 2013 from Reliance Digital stores in Mangalore In the month of August My A.C stopped working. I complained to the Service center they came but could not rectify the fault.
They gave me various reasons on different occasions. They even said there is fault in my wiring even though the same place and the same switch my previous Samsung air condition was working for 3 years without any fault which I later shifted to the living room.
After a month they agreed that indoor PCB is in fault and replaced. still it was not working. Again they replaced outdoor PCB. Till today my AC is not working.
Now Almost two months over.
I CONTACTED THE SERVICE MANAGER IN BANGALORE AND HAPPY TO SAY THAT MY AC HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH NEW ONE. IT IS WORKING FINE. I THANK DAIKIN.
