Beware! of this Branch situated right in Lavelle road, BLR .
I had a horrible horrible experience with this branch after booking my Amaze car, due to some branch issue all the Sales and technical staff went absconding after they take all proof copies like aadhar card.bank PDC cheques leaving customer in middle of no where.
First the finance lady at the branch misplaced all the PDC cheques after handing over, Since as a customer I wanted to take a loan from SBI but the branch people pushed hard to take car loan from pvt bank, when I resisted they misplaced my pdc’s .
Second: The delivery time just got extended for no reason
Third: Vehicle was given number(KA 01 ML 6469), took delivery and for a month driving in city and also did interstate trips, when RC came after a month, got to understand the number is incorrect .Correct number to be printed was(KA 01 ML 6496).Just imagine had I met with some accident or car got stolen, who will be held accountable in the eyes of law, reason being whenever you take a new car, insurance papers take some time to get generated if the vehicle is taken on loan.
Fourth: The service part, as most of other comments, they just want to clean the car without cleaning it properly, wen you got to collect the car, the Service Advisors(SA) will ask to come after 5:30pm, and while showing the car in dark will keep pushing for feedback form to be filled up. Once you fill up the form, make the payment and take the car home, thats hen u realise that car is not vaccumed nor cleaned properly.
I hashtag this dealer at Lavelle road in FB and WONT recommend any HONDA lover to buy any vehicle from this dealer .Beware of a person named Imitiaz at the dealership.Better to get Honda car from Magnum team as the team is approachable.When I hastagged the dealer on FB, i got call from Honda team in Gurgaon who apologised as well as ensured this guy to apologise, from the talks I felt there wasnt any guilt and for the sake of saying he was apologising.
As of now Iam givin my car for servicing at Magnum Honda service center in Yeswanthpur and also renewed my car insurance from this center as the SA and branch head Thomas ensures customer is happy and that I liked very much.
