I have a Honda City ZX through my company. Its more than a year now. During every service transaction I have notified in my job card that there is problem with music system, but it was never fixed. finally in my last service I told them to remove the music system from alpine as I am still facing the problem and dakshin is not able to rectify it. Then their service manager Mr. Rakesh assured that within 3 days it will be rectified and they will fix it back at my doorstep. I asked him why it was not taken care earlier and also in the job card I have very clearly written the reason for removing the music system, still no followup. In fact before that I have even posted my complaint at their website and also mail to their sales people. But no response. Another shock was when I told them to keep the system with them and I will not take the car if the system is there. They took me their service manager Mr. Rakesh. To my surprise he told that he has received my complaint and but he has not acted on it yet.?
after 3 days they called that they will pick the car in morning and return back in the evening, as the alpine people want to test the music system or see if the problem is in wiring. their justification was not at all convincing. Not sure whom to reach to get it addressed. But would suggest if you are dealing with dakshin at your first incident dont be very lenient, but take the extreme step to get it fixed.
