This show and like this several other shows have helped destroy indian culture and it’s essence to a long level. The first time I saw this show, I was awestruck. It showcased such sensuality that was much more than the level that used to be showcased before it was launched in indian televisions. It’s sensuality was more than the needed amount to be showed on T.V. The show opened the path to more openness. Yeah, I am not at all against the dance and the right and development of women. But the development does not means , in any way, throwing out sensuality. Modernity is not all about sensuality. If it would have been then the other name of modernity would have been sensuality. What this rubbish show is showing. And above it it doesn’t focus on indian classicals. When it was launched in indian television , it avoided Indian classicals, Why? Does that means we are only running behind english culture ? where as we have much better and REFINED dances . Though today the thought has changed to a much extent, still our thinking is revolving around the english culture , or WESTERN CULTURE. WHAT A WHITE SAYS IS RULE. WHAT A WHITE DOES IS BEST. WHAT A BROWN INDIAN DOES IS WRONG, WHATEVER HE MAY SAY. Guys, we have to think about it. We have to ponder on this point. It’s time to think , otherwise tomorrow you will loose a great respect.
