It is based on true story.dangal works on the twin parameters it sets up for its self.wich borrows several elements from the real life haryana wrestler who trained his older two daughter in the art of wrestling, and turned them into winners.one is a straight forword film about a popular sport and those who play.my opinion is you shouldn’t be reviewing this film deserves 5/5 rating.the second half towards ending showing too much emotions.the climax and closing was lacking a punch.
