Mhari chhoriyaan chhoron se kam hain ke?
This awesome flick is an Indian biographical sports drama from the director Nitesh Tiwari, based on true events. It stars Amir Khan as Mahavir Singh Phogat who is a former national champion wrestler and wanted to bring gold medal for India in international games. But he had to quit to support his family. He has a dream that he will achieve his goal through his son but fortune has only daughters for him. This make him very sad and he thought his dream will never come true. But one day he realize that he still can win gold. If he trains his girls for wrestling then they will get what he wants. And rest is the story how it happened. Here comes the very strong and beautiful message for the society who believes that only boys are the true descendants of the family. It gives true and very nice message for those who commit female foeticide.
Amir performed really well. He even manipulated his body weight for realistic performance. As a father and coach to his daughters, he did a tremendous job. Fatima Sana Shaikh and Zaira Wasim live the roll of Geeta Phogat to the fullest. Sanya Malhotra and Suhani Bhatnagar also did justice with the roll of Babita Phogat. Girish Kulkarni also played his part as an egoistic coach at NSA. Rest also done a great job.
Dangal’s music is composed by Pritam while lyrics are penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya. Soundtrac is very earthy and soothing. Dhakad Chhiri is a soundtrack full of energy and attitude. Title track of dangal is high and suitable to the movie.
Amazing cinematography has been done in Dangal by Satyajit Pande. All the scenes from the movie looks great and very much realistic.
Overall this is not a movie with entertainment only but it has a very strong message to women sports and women position in India.
