Live to die and die to live.Death...is always NEAR!!!.These are the lyrics of one of the song, from Darna Mana Hai.The title Darna Mana Hai is very strange!Being strange it is also very attractive!What makes the film more interesting is that there are six stories and one ending!In the trailors, they used to show 6 fingers, 6 lockers and more such things.This one really scares and I want to share my experience with all of you.There is a ghost around me!I was feeling that way!Here is my full review of Darna Mana Hai.

K.Sera Sera/Varma Productions Darna Mana Hai, directed by Prawaal Raman stars Vivek Oberoi, Nana Patekar, Sameera Reddy, Sushant Singh, Gaurav Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Boman Irani, Shilpa Shetty, Sanjay Kapoor, Rajpal Yadav, Isha Koppikar, Aftab Shivdasani, Raghuvir Yadav, Revathy, Sohail Khan and Antara Mali.Phe https://..Let me breathe for a second!So who is left BEHIND?Imagine all these stars in one whole movie.Agreed they are in one whole movie but in 6 different stories.
SIX STORIES/ONE ENDING:
Some, fearless, college friends(Sameera Reddy, Gaurav Kapoor and others) are chilling out, one night and land into a forest, where their car gets stuck!They have to wait till dawn, to get out of there so they decide to tell horror stories to each other, to pass time!WHAT IF THESE STORIES ARE SO REAL???
1.A COUPLE(Sohail Khan and Antara Mali):A couple, is in jungle and their love is blind.So many things they cant see over there is because of their blind love.Their car gets stuck and the man is repairing it but disappears!Scary, na?Sohail Khan as this young guy, looked exactly like Salman Khan.He resembles him very much but coming to acting, this time he looks better and gives a better performance, as wel!!About Antara Mali, it can be said that this time she isn`t showing her figure and navel.Sameera Reddy has handled the exposing department, but that also only in songs, which were shown in the trailor.Antara Mali is a brilliant actress, and Company proves it!In Darna Mana Hai, also she excels especially, when her boyfrien disappears.I expect an amazing performance from her in Ram Gopal Varma`s next Main Madhuri Dixit Banna Chahti Hoon.
2.SMOKING LOVER(Saif Ali Khan):Smoking kills but what if it can shoot you dead?This person, who has come in a hotel to stay loves smoking but is unaware of the fact, that smoking will land him into great problems!Saif Ali Khan has a short role, still he impresses because of the significant role, he has got.Boman Irani as the owner of the hotel is also good!
3.HOMEWORK(featuring Raghuvir Yadav):He is a very strict teacher who doesn`t have any feelings for the students.He keeps on giving them homework, and doesn`t want them to relax, for even a single moment!If the homework is not done on time, he hits his students with a stick!Raghuvir Yadav is very impressive in the role of a strict teacher.His dialogue delivery and face expressions are amazing!He has done full justice to his role, wonderfully!!!
4.Gayatri-THE WOMAN WHO FEARED APPLE(Shilpa Shetty):’’Nahin Nahin Khaana Mat’’, says this tense lady to her husband.She fears apple because she knows that apples are harming her and also her husband.As many apples will be eaten, you will also be harmed that much so beware of apples!Shilpa Shetty`s performance is clapworthy in this movie.She registers a great impact and gets into the skin of this lady`s character.The way she has given horrified face expressions is praiesworthy.I never found Shilpa`s performance to be attractive, but this time she left me amazed, in such a brilliant performance!Sanjay Kapoor is seen eating apples with an evil smile on his face!He manages to perform well, but Shilpa Shetty steals the show.Rajpal Yadav is also competent!
5.John Rodrigues and Amar-LIFT ON THE ROAD(Nana Patekar and Vivek Oberoi):Amar is driving a car on road and suddenly a strange man, called John Rodrigues, asks for a lift.O.K, so this story resembles with Ram Gopal Varma`s ROAD but hey...we have a twist her.The man who asked for lift is a GHOST.This story is really gripping and scares the HELL out of you!Vivek Oberoi acts as a casual guy, whose life is under threat when he has given a lift to a ghost!Vivek is amazing and let`s wish to see more of him after his speedy recovery.Nana Patekar is one of my favourite actor, because of his acting talent.He has yet again proved himself in this movie.He adds to the mystery!
6.THE LOSER WHO SAID STOP(featuring Aftab Shivdasani and Isha Koppikar):Here we have two youngsters.The guy wants to be a winner, but he is a loser, in life.On the other hand, there is a girl who loves to play the game of statue!.As this guy wants to become something, he gets super human powers, with which he can do ANYTHING.He can STOP you at the place, where you are standing!Aftab Shivdasani also gives a clapworthy performance!He is very natural, giving just the right face expressions at the right time.Isha Koppikar also shines, without exposing!
The six stories are completed!But is that all?No!There is more.Now, the fearless people who were telling these scary stories to each other and were laughing are now involved in a story much more scarier than that!What will they do???
Sameera Reddy has improved alot, in the acting department as well as in overall appearance.Wearing a sleeveless shirt, with long boots and leather pants, she has done full justice to her role!Sushant Singh and Gaurav Kapoor are also very natural and confident performers!Others also support well!
THE WORK OF THE CREW:
Praawal Raman`s direction is amazing and he has made every story equally interesting!He should direct more Bollywood movies because by directing Darna Mana Hai he has done a great job!Screenplay is gripping and tight whic grips your attention.Cinematography with shaky movements, matches the mood of the film.Background score is really scary and is no less than that of BHOOT.Salim-Suleiman`s music is also brilliant and I like almost every song!
