I am not sure how many of you are going to agree with me when I say this is one of the most toughest film to have been made in recent times given the fact that Kamal Hassan had to play 10 roles and you need a lot of patience as a crew given the complexity of the film and the time taken to produce this film.
I agree with lot of you that the film did not quite lived up to its expectations and I would purely blame the editing and one or two roles of Kamal Hassan which served no purpose or served little purpose which was not required for this film and the plot
Well. Kamal fans need to be ready for all these technical jorgans like nano energy as Kamal moves ahead with his plans to take Tamil cinema to a different level.
Kamal hassan to me is one of the best actors to have born in Country and I am proud to be an Tamilian . Kamal does not know anything other than to think about making good cinema.
Plot is quite simple if you dont go into its roots. Kamal Hassan as Govind had to come to India to avoid a major disaster and his job is made tougher by Fletcher and Balaram Naidu who seem to be chasing him piller to post and on the other side a chinese figher who is out to take revenge on Fletcher. so you will see how all these pieces were put in place and Kamal finally manages to save( rather nature.) the Indian public.
But the editor has not done his job properly and made this film look quite longer than what it was supposed to be . to make matters worse, some of the songs were picturised for commercial value and tests your patience.
When you come out from the theater, you are reminded only of Kamal Hassan’s un matched acting skills but the film. to be blunt. KAMAL IS A SUPER HIT while STORY IS FLOP is Dasavatharam.
