Hey Guys, I am using this app around 1 month and I have completed rs.100 and I Reedem my money to my paytm wallet so I will go to the reedem section and I will give my paytm number and I will select rs.100 and click on Transfer to Paytm when I will click on that there was a pop up sms. And everything will be Ok. I will wait 7 days after 7 days gone I will check my paytm wallet and databuddy wallet. My rs.100 was no where nither on databuddy or paytm wallet. Then I will try contact to the databuddy team, I will send a sms on facebook. I will wait around 2-3 days to get the reply but there was nothing even now I don’t get reply. I will decide that I think they are busy so I will send a mail on their mail so I will send a mail on their official mail and I am waiting for the reply and again there was same thing I don’t get reply. So I am Again send mail and message on facebook still there was no response. Ok whatever it was not end. Them I will open the app and go to the Contact Us section. And I will trying to click on Submit Button in that time the app will crashed. What is the reason I don’t know. I am teying contact their team around 20+ days. But as of now no response so will uninstall the app.and in my personal opinion don not use the app.
