Very poor support system. I subscribed for wealthmagic 2 months back and still strugling to get basic serivce. Serious data leak issue. Policy of customer is being mapped to another customer. Datacomp has become technically handicap. Worst part is their is no escalation. Written at-least 10 email to support but not a single acknowledgement. Ticket raise option in wealthmagic is not working. No option to complaint or escalate. Sales man are wise they sold out and left into dark.
