Its my experience of about 8 month before my new telcom job offer in mumbai when I joined datawind ltd as a superwiser for manufactring and product re check section , where I was said to have my sakary of 12, 000 as basic + incentive and was assumed to have bonus increment , depending upon the sales and progress in in anum basis.i was quite impressed by the company with such attractive salary offers.but got the actual company’s picture in my 2nd month of job.when I ased for total bonus and my salary from the company. Ecery yhing disappointed me.and even I i felt an insecurity of my job because the company almost resembles like a share stock market where you are sure about the stablity of your job.in the company.
