I purchased it from homeshop 18 on 15th February 2015 by order no. 964740281 Very speedy delivery I got it on 18th Feb 2015 Product dead on 23rd February 2015. I went to service center R V Solution PVT LTD by ELS form number RVSRN 1502 GTS 00195 on 24th February in Surat Gujarat. Service center sent hands set to company. I asked when it will come back in my hand they said minimum 2 months and may be more than 3 months.
HS 18 Kept request for replacement but service center not giving hand set.

We can understand that electronics product can get problem but we must need best service. DATA WIND not giving good service. My product got dead on 5th day DATAWIND has to give us replacement but service center not giving good answer and asking time more than 3 months.
In future I and My friend group will Think before buy any DATAWIND PRODUCT.
Today 1 May 15 Still waiting for solution. Did not get handset yet.
