Dr D.C. Srivastava, Tel. 981172894517/305, Heritage City, M.G.Road, Gurgaon, I purchased a mini fridge of White Westinghouse on 15/9/10 from MGF Plaza Store of Dawars Open World.
The fridge has got 1 year full warranty on complete appliance and 2nd to 7 years on refrigerating system including compressor etc.
There has been lot of problems with the fridge right from the first week of purchase with continuous overflowing of water inside the fridge and lack of formation of ice cubes.
Despite several reminders problem has not been attended till date. Now I shall take recourse to legal remedies and file a complaint in the consumers’ court.
