This college recently turned autonomous. It used to be a good college.If you are a computer science or information science student or want to join these fields its a good college or I should say was.Most teachers of the cs and is departments have left the department as of now and the remaining teachers or the teachers who have newly joined are not at par.
The college got very strict recently in terms of attendance and issues however the surroundings of the college is good.Do not expect a majestic college fest although there used to be lots of things when I joined.Teaching is okay-ish.Placements are good only if you are in CS or Is for other branches its mostly IT mass recruiting companies.
The campus is good although they have put lots of restrictions recently.10 lacs and 9 lacs package companies came for CS IS however mechanical and civil mostly remain unplaced. Most of my guy friends got spoiled. If you are an outgoing person with lots of money you might be enjoying a party every night with friends. Be careful as who you hang out with.Administration is okay.No doubt the campus is good compared to other colleges in bangalore and the area is also good.Hostels are over charged.There are lots of pgs for girls and boys nearby.There are lots of restaurants and food chains too.Eat and drink is the favourite hang out spot for the students.Theres also a temple in campus.As the college got autonomous now the prices have increased for tuition fees.The canteen is good.There are two canteens one is called the indian canteen and other the international canteen.Both serve good food.Before you join the college think!
