I Gopi Maddi have applied Payless card on mynwifes name after making fd with DCB S R Nagar, Hyderabad branch.As per the instructions of the branch I called customer care and applied payless card and it has been approved on 28.01.2020.
But till now no update on the card when I called the relation ship manager he thrown the ball first on customer care and later to one more executive at branch and that other guy is also playing like that only.
Branch people are telling that need to call customer care and customer care telling to call branch.These bother stupid people are playing with customer like foot ball.
When I asked for cancellation of payless card also these people are playing like this and giving false commitment.I called 5 times in the last 15 days for the status to customer care and 10 times to branch but not response from bother of them.
The branch manager Krishna Mohan is also a worst manager and he even dont know how to respond to customers and how to resolve the issue.
So dont go with DCB due to their improper, false, wrong commitments either with the branch relation ship manager or with customer care.
