One of my biggest regrets of my life is to take home loan from this stupid bank. The Interest rate what branch people have said and interest rate after receipt of loan will be different. Up to 6 months the bank personnel was unable to give my forms of PMAY subsidy(MIG) and upon my continuous chasing and wasting of my time forms for PMAY was mailed to me . After submitting my forms on OCt 2018 I have continuously chased whether my application is submitted to NHB or not? after 8 months the customer care of DCB said I have to submit my application again as my submitted application is gone missing. Then again I have submitted my application during July 2019 but still neither the customer care nor the branch people were able to say where is my application. recently I got a mail to again submit application with all relevant documents.
so beware don’t take home loan from this bank if you don’t have any obligations.
