I, Preeti Dubey, am sharing my personal experience so that no one else falls into the same trap . I hired DDS Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for their pre-Matrimonial Investigation Service, for which they sold me their so-called "Premium Pre-matrimonial Package:, 85000inr . I thought that before my marriage, all doubts would be cleared, proper background checks would be done, and I could make a safe decision .
For me, this was a highly sensitive matter requiring the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism . But the work I received had neither professionalism, nor accuracy, nor any respect for privacy .
After taking the money, their behaviour completely changed . Initially, they were in regular contacts, but as soon as the full-payment was made, the updates stopped coming . When I finally received the reports, it was just a few lines longs - simply copy pasted information that I myself had given them earlier . There was no proper verification, no inquires with neighbours, no financial background check, and no cross-checking of legal records .
The biggest shock came when I learned that the person I had asked them to investigate somehow found out the investigation! The confidential nature of this pre-matrimonial check was completely destroyed . The boy’s family directly confronted me, which damaged my reputation and broke off the relationship .
And after all this, DDS Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd. started blaming me - saying, "You’re misunderstanding, we didnt leak anything, " They offered me no refund, no apology, and no accountability . Worse, they didn’t even indirectly hinted that I made, " too much noise " about the matter, they might consider taking legal action against me . In other words, they not only failed in their duty, they tried to intimidate me as well .
I want to give a clear warning to everyone - DDS Management IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY! They take all money, do incomplete work, break your privacy, and put you in trouble . For something as sensitive as a pre-matrimonial investigation, they are absolutely not a safe choice .
My 85000 was completely wasted, my mental peace was destroyed and my personal reputation was damaged too .
My lesson- when it comes to your marriage and your reputation, do not even consider DDS Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
