These are some tips which I too follow to be safe and prevent myself catching corona virus. So its as follow-
The first thing to do when you wake up in the morning should be drinking warm/hot( as per your convience) water.
Do some yoga in the morning as yoga strengthen your body and immunisation is what most important in this pandemic and we all know yoga wonderfully enhance our body.
Try to stay home as much as possible. If going out wear a mask plus gloves so that if you touch anything it wont transfer bacteria to your hands. Also, do carry your sanitizer with you.there should be no chance missing it.
Unconsciously in one or the other way we tend to touch our face with our hands, do not do that at all as you wont know which thing you touched is infected.
After coming home remove the gloves and masks and wash your hands and mouth properly or even take a bath.
Eat food which can increase your immunity.
Drink hot/warm water whenever you want to drink something.
Avoid eating cold food or cold drinks.
