The Blackberry Storm phone ordered on the 23rd of September was meant to reach me within 21 working days. I have not received the product in-spite of repeated assurances that I will receive it within 21 days. I called up the customer care department who have not been very helpful in providing me any information. I asked for my order to be cancelled and money refunded. However, I have still not received any confirmation about my order cancellation or refund status.
All I have been informed is that my refund has not yet been approved and has been forwarded to the concerned department. I have not even been informed of the name of the concerned department and I have been given false promises that my complaint has been forwarded to some unknown back-office department. I have been told time and time again (starting 19th October) to call back the next day or that I will receive a call back from the customer care team and yet I have neither received any information nor have I received a call back from the team.
