I made the huge mistake of trying a non established player (dealsandyou.com) for saving a small amount of money. Also, I like promoting new companies. However, dealing with Dealsandyou has left me with a bitter experience.
It has been 27 days since I placed my order, and I have no idea when my product will arrive. The customer service reps there have no idea of what’s happening. Today again desperately I asked them to provide me the AWB # of my consignment, and they said their department will look into the matter and revert back to me in 48 working hours (which means another 1 week).
Seriously, in these times if you cannot ship a product in 10 to 15 days, it would be better to shut shop. I’m not sure how soon, but these guys will be closed if they follow their current style of functioning.
Buyer beware. Only buy if you have the patience to wait for more than a month.
