I ordered a car polishing product in the first week of September and I am yet to receive nether the product nor the refund. I must have spoken to at least a dozen customer service executives and wrote 20+ mails. They have a standard copy paste reply that my request has been forwarded to the concerned team and apologies for the inconvenience. You cannot go beyond the customer service folks and its like a wall. No proper info and if if you persist to talk to someone from the management they will just cut your call.
You cant blame the customer call center folks. The whole system and the process is that way. I even found the CEO of the company on facebook and sent him a message. Absolutely no reply.
If you really want a product, buy it somewhere.
