Recently I purchased BB 8700g from this site. I received the product in 8 days and that to fault. I looged a request for reverse pickup and after 2 weeks also nothing happened. Customer care reps do not have any knowledge about the process and nobody would help you. Please do not buy any electronic products from this site.
Order Id was 421811 and now I am totally pissed off of there customer care.
