Dear Zindagi is a movie written and directed by Gauri Shinde. The features of the movie is that Alia Bhatt and Shah Rukh Khan in the main roles. This movie is about mental health and wellness. The story starts with a girl with lots of dreams and her feelings of unloved and how she meets an psychologist who diagnoses her problem and then rehabilitate. When diagnosed the girl has few bitter experience about being not loved in her childhood days. The wounds of these makes her feel lonely and frustrated.
Today in the material world of so called life, apart from having a good physical health, having a stable mental health is must necessary. Many times, we will not able to identify the person may be suffering inside although he looks physically fit. The movie displays on how the world is for a depressed person. Depression has become one of the biggest diseases in the morden era of technology. A beautiful choreographed, cinematographed and well directed heart touching story which name Dear Zindagi.

Songs played in the movie are light in touching which keep the movie going on with its light plot till the end.Camera work is also awesome because all the scenes are shoot according to requirement of movie which adds charm to it.
The sound track was released by Sony Music India and the full album of this movie was released in 15november2016.
Cinematography by Laxman Utekar is execellent and the film is set in Mumbai and Goa.
