SHAHA Finlease Problem Solved

I am Dr.Manish Kapoor, 39 years old working with an MNC in Pune .I currently hold 3 credit cards with limits totaling over 10 lacs and 2 personal loans totaling to 7 lacs which I am servicing regularly and diligently. Recently I wanted to buy a new car and approached HDFC bank for car loan. To my surprise I was told that my loan is rejected because there were some overdue on my credit card to the tune of 9 lacs. Also I was told that my score is 820. I was shocked and asked the bank to share the CIBIL report with me. Unfortunately they refused and asked me to apply for one with CIBIL. Immediately I applied for a CIR from CIBIL online by making the necessary payment.

On receiving my CIBIL report I saw there was a credit card account overdue by 9 lacs with an unknown financial institution to me in the name of SHAHA Finlease. I immediately thought that this could be a mistake and called CIBIL to confirm. But the representative from CIBIL in the call center confirmed that the account was mine and it was over due. I was wondering and still surprised about this on my CIBIL report and started searching for help on Google. That is when I came across Debt Doctor in Bangalore and I immediately called them and explained the whole situation. I was assigned one Marina from Debt Doctor who took all the details and promised to get back to me by end of day. Later in the evening I was called by Marina and she confirmed that the account was indeed mine and the original owner of the debt was Standard Chartered Bank in the year 1999. That’s  when it struck to me that during my first job I applied for a card and had one with SCB with a limit of 30000.I also realized that some payment was due and my card was blocked those days and I had completely ignored it as no one from SCB has called me all these years. Then Marina explained me the math behind how 30000 could become 9 lacs which was convincing mathematically. Now having got into such a situation I did not know what to do and how to solve and I decided to enroll with Debt Doctor for their Debt Negotiation and Settlement Services program.
