I Recently wanted to get a study certificate for my son, and visited DIS, the office lady will walk up to you and say will give you the letter tomorrow(as if it’s a big task).
When I visited the next day to pick up the Study certificate she quietly asked for Rs.150, and I demanded a receipt for payment but she said no receipts will be provided. THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF CORRUPT OFFICE STAFF and other folks. Finally she said it’s fine as I threatened to call Tilak kumar.
DIS has become corrupt. Mr. Tilak kumar bring back the image of DIS and FIRE these corrupt office folks.
