I am giving 1 star: had very bad experience with Decorpot. But here the review not able to post without giving 3 stars!
We had a liferisk incident by their product. They have done very very poor work!
Just with-in 6months the hanging unit was fallen down completely! Luckly we were not at home that time! But many valuable things got damaged. Decorpot should compensate for this and they have to check the existing units for prevent such incident again!

Decorpot not doing anything on the above issue till after 4 weeks! Forget about 10 years warrenty! With this much serious issue but they are not reponding. Seems their intension is to fool customers with fake reviews. Don’t trust the 5stars reviews as they buyingfake reviews. Don’t waste you hard earning money and time like us!
They are just cheating customers.
