Plot: Good as per Bollywood standards. Has something different, but not unpredictable.
Music: Nothing worth mentioning about. Below average.
Acting: Akshaye Khanna has performed well. His emotions are good. Ajay Devgan has also acted well. Urmila is average.
Direction: Average. Could have made it more interesting.
Overall Deewangee is a time pass movie, which one should watch if one has nothing worth while to do. There is suspense, but most of it is predictable. This movie would have been a lot better had it had a good music, and a different plot treatment. The same plot could definitely have been used in a much better way. The movie is not the one of kinds which keeps one glued to the seat. It gets boring sometimes.
