I had subscribed Champak Magazine from Delhipress(https://delhipress.in/) for 1 year. I paid 480 rupees in Nov 2015, hoping that subscription will start from December 2016.
but as this Magazine is fortnightly, I assumed will received from December 1st week, but didnt get it on time, after 2-3 calls/emails, They send me the magazine on Last week of Dec, ensuring that would not happened again.
but the same happened again in Jan month, and they send the magazines on last week of Jan,
in feb month, after 2-3 calls/email, they sent the first issue on 18-19th Feb, which ideally should sent on first week of feb.
later I asked I dont need magazine as they are not sending on time. so asked for refund.
and the person told me that refund will be process in 30-40 days, which I havent got it.
I suggest dont buy/Subscribe anything from Delhipress.
