DPS Ranchi was established on 17th July 1989.It is a co-educational english medium school and is recognized by the Directorate of Education and affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education under All India 10+2 pattern in both science and commerce streams. It is managed by the Delhi Public School Society.It is relatively new school but has already carved a niche in everything be it academics, sports or co curricular activities.
Recently many students of DPS Ranchi performed excellently in 10th and 12th board examination.This year two dipsites(students of DPS) were the city toppers of ranchi of science and commerce stream. Every year hundreds of students bring laurels to our school
by securing good marks in boards.Even in olympiads also every year many students get cash prizes.The results of students in prestigious entrance exams like NTSE, JEE, AIPMT etc has been par excellence.
DPS has also hosted many exibitions, sports meets, quizzes etc.It has not left any stone unturned to provide students with good facilities.
