They are really bad at service. Several times they didn’t even inform and they wrongly update the status that consignee was not available. Even they dont give a call when they come for delivery. It happened frequently that I was just passing by and saw their Van/delivery boy was there.
I myself asked them and they then told yes yes your product is with them. When you call their customer service they will everytime just say that Sir it will be delivered in next 24 hours. I dont know where the hell those 24 hours go everytime. I am particularly saddened by the way of handling the issues by them. No responsibility towards the customer. No proper communication within the staff members. Even they dont mention the contact details of the boy who is coming up with the parcel.
Absolutely disgusting!
