I have never seen such a bad logistics services ever in my life. I had ordered three products from Flipkart on 13-May. It was dispatched by them on the same day from their Delhi & Kolkata warehouse. Since then for 3 days one of the shipments was lying in Kolkata and thereafter again for last 3 days it’s still lying in Patna.
Another shipment is still lying in their Patna office for last 5 days. I am yet to receive both the shipments. I get the same false promise that it will be delivered today only every time I call their Customer Service.
One more thing, they might call you on the road for the delivery of the product (this was faced by me in my previous experience with them). I recommend not opting for Delivery.
