I ordered something in Ishalife from Coimbatore estimating & giving sufficient time to forward the same to USA which was a must for an occasion. But I did not ask who is Ishalife delivery partner.
Hardly overnight journey from Chennai to Coimbatore. Even after a week nothing came except status keeps changing in Delhivery as’today delivery’ in morning by night will change’in transit’. Not 1 or 2 days but days together so. Don’t understand how?
Tried to contact all Chennai local numbers & their receiving godown number at Poonamale which is hardly 5 KM from my place. No one will pick up.
Contacted their Delhi office for delivery agent number so that I can go & collect personally & it seems their’s is a defence establishment & hence they told they won’t divulge their agents number.
Contacted Ishalife & they gave a lady’s number at Delhivery .I contacted but she asked politely Who gave you my number? and I need not have to respond to you. Check in tracking & anything send mail. Superb.
Days are running out & my heartbeat touching maximum. Don’t know what to do since those items will be available there only. Contacted & requested a friend of mine at Coimbatore to go personally, purchase & courier me.
Yes she did & through Professional courier it came very next day & same day I sent through Garudavega to USA & it reached its destination on 5th day.
And more than 10 days I was taken for a ride by Delhivery & literally I understood Delivery pain by Delhivery.
They kept calling even after my parcel reached USA. I told them if I see any of their person at my door step that’s all. Off.
Happily uninstalled their app & living peacefully
