Very pathetic service. Even after giving complete address with all details like house name number ward number street name post office pincode landmark etc with mobile number, the courier guy just returned the item with remarks wrong address.Never bother to conact me or give his contact numbet. They never give their contact numbers of branches .Very unreliable courier. Never ever use this courier.
I contacted their customer support many many tomes but no solution given to my undelivered item.
Never given their kochi contact number and also not given in their website any of the branch contact numbers.
