The expected date of delivery for my order through PayTm was Aug 17 and the shipment did reach after 6 day from Baroda to Bangalore. Really? it takes 5-6 days?
From Aug 17 7 am the item remained with them in Bangalore. Wasn’t delivered
Aug 18 I followed up. was told within next 24 hrs it will be delivered.Wasn’t delivered
Aug 19. I followed up.was told within next 24 hrs it will be delivered.Wasn’t delivered
Aug 20 . I followed up. and I did chat sarcastically with them in polite manner. Hasn’t been delivered yet although I did get a msg that its Out for delivery.
Very bad delivery time line. I am writing about them first time but this is not my first bad experience with Delhivery. They should learn how to "deliver" .quick.
