I ordered a mobile cover from Printland.in which had to be delivered to me by 7th of September . I received a message that the order has been delivered but no parcel was received by me nor any of my family member . I placed my query on delhivery and contacted their team for assistance . They told me they will be sending me a proof note stating the name of the person who took the parcel within 24hrs.
later in the evening I received a call from the Mumbai branch of delhivery, where in there team said that they will be giving me call and telling a solution for the same . I dint receive any call from them and when I called back they switched their mobile off.I had also sent a mail to delhivrey stating the importance and emotional value of parcel but did not get any response. Tried calling their Mumbai branch again and the answer received by them was that your parcel have been misplaced and you will be refunded for the same. Wow.! Wonder full .An perfect example of irresponsible and unprofessional behavior. I never asked for refund but the parcel was confidential how can they misplace it .
