These people are the most laziest and cunning middlemen I have seen in the near past. I had ordered a package via Amazon, and as these people could not deliver it on time, they sent an automated message stating "Delay delivery on Customer Request". The package itself was "running late", and on top of it, these guys tag it and blame the delay on the customer.
From the image attached here, you can very well see that the product had arrived at the courier facility on 3rd August. Its been 1 week since then. and then on 10th, they send me this shameless notification "Delay delivery on Customer Request"
This is not the first time Dellhivery has done this. Earlier, when this happened 2 times, I didnt complain, as it was CoViD at its peak with multiple lockdowns, and couldnt expect people to take risk and deliver. But now, thats not the case, at least in Bangalore.
Please ensure such middlemen are not encouraged. I cant even begin to imagine why a company as vast as Amazon would stick to such newbies for their delivery requirements. There are hundreds of other reliable courier services that came in before these newbies.
