The courier guys calls me at 6:00 PM and asks me if I am at home I stated yes and gave him the location. He was about 200meters away from my house so I called him back at 6:20 PM he did not answer at 6:40 PM I called he did not answer again I called him at 7:00 PM he did not answer. Not I am wondering why is it taking him so long to get to my place.
Then I get a message stating Your Package from madura with Order ID YBGRWNZWR could not be delivered today as the customer was unavailable at his/her address. For any queries call us at 01246719500. Now I am confused, called the customer support and told them I am at home explained what happened and I get this message from you guys at 7:20 PM when I am at home. The Rep response it’s OK sir we will get back to you with a response tomorrow. I am like what you need to call the guy and check where is he and why is he lying instead of sorting the issue they are like its OK you will get it tomorrow. Companies like Louis Phillipe need to remove vendors like this. Why do they have such vendor and how are these vendors surviving in the market. It’s a shame.
