I placed an order of dvd rom from ebay and it was shipped via delhivery courier I observed that the package took 15 days to reach me while estimated time was 7 days, when I contacted their customer care they always said that it would be delivered tomorrow and they delivered the product after 15 days while usually standard couriers such as india post, bluedart, fed ex takes 3 days to deliver any package in my area that is a city pune and then the large time these people took made me write this review, basically I wasnt satisfied with their service at all.
cons:-
1] you are never informed about delay of courier
2] they dont call before coming to deliver
3] huge time to deliver small products too
4] worst customer care no always busy
5] many times they call near gate which is not proper service they have to deliver at doorstep . this what we pay for
I am highly unsatisfied with such sought of courier comapanies and would NOT RECOMMEND this to anyone.
